We guarantee that every item offered for sale on Gentlethreadz is brand-new and authentic. Customers may exchange product that is unopened, in the same condition as when they acquired it, in its original packing with its original tags, in the odd event that any item they have purchased from us is damaged, defective, or not received in acceptable condition. All financial transaction information as well as the supplied bills and invoices must be provided.   
 

A replacement, exchange, or refund using coupons could be an option.   
 

You are entitled to a new item at no additional cost if you receive one that is "Damaged," "Defective," or “Not as Described.”   
 

The 48 Hours Replacement Guarantee covers returns.Within 48 Hours of receiving the products, the buyer must notify Gentlethreadz of the basis for the refund request.Replacement is dependent on stock availability. Should the item be unavailable, you will be sent a complete refund without any enquiries. On the other hand, if the price is the same or less, you can look at the current stock and purchase a replacement from it.   
 

Process for product returns   
 

  • Please give us the Order ID information when contacting us by phone or email. As an alternative, you can fill out the necessary information by clicking on the Return Order link in the bottom.  
  • Customer Service will let you know about the pickup procedure and validate your request for a return.  
  • After receiving the item, please make sure that the product return is started within 48 Hours.  
  • Please make sure the item is unopened and in its original packaging. Along with the product, include the original packing, invoice, price tags, and labels.  
  • We don't charge extra for returns, and there are never any fees associated with replacements or pickups.  
  • If an item is damaged, we support replacements across all categories. If you receive a refund, your account will be credited with the full amount you paid, including shipping and gift costs. The duration will be determined by our payment partner's policies.  
  • The process of pickup will be communicated by Customer Support. Although most client locations are where we pick up originally delivered items, there are some situations where pickups are not possible. You can use any other courier to ship the product in this situation. Shipping costs will be repaid to you using the original receipt as proof of purchase.  
  • Replacement is dependent on stock availability. Should a replacement not be available, the whole money will be refunded.  
  • Discounted items, foreign orders, and made-to-order/custom products cannot be exchanged or returned.

REFUNDS   
 

Should the package be unfortunatelly lost during transportation, a reimbursement of the payment will be initiated. After the refund process begins, the funds will be returned back to the original payment method and show up in your account within five to seven (5-7) business days.
