Order Cancellation :
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To initiate a cancellation, please log in to your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the order you wish to cancel. If your order is eligible for cancellation, the option will be available to you. Once the cancellation is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipped Orders:
If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot process a cancellation. However, you may still return the item in accordance with our Return Policy. In this case, please refuse delivery, and the package will be returned to us. Once we receive the returned package, we will process your refund minus any applicable shipping charges.
Pre-Orders and Customized Items:
Orders for pre-order items and customized products can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. These items are made or reserved specifically for you, so after this period, cancellations will not be accepted.
